Tom stopped as he was walking. He had done it. After years of relying on his parents for his daily needs, he had finally got his dream job. He was finally going to pursue his dream of becoming an architect. After his very long and expensive 4 year degree he did not know if he would be able to make it into his dream job. After 2 months of job searching, he had finally gotten his first interview, the interview had gone perfectly and he was offered a job straight after and of course, he accepted.
This job would start a new chapter in his life, he would finally be able to pay off his parents for everything they had done for him. This was the greatest opportunity he had ever received and he would not stuff this up. As he looked up at the skyscrapers above him he admired the magnificent buildings that he hoped one day he could design.
Finally, the time has come. I had done it, after the many years in university and countless hours with my head in a book studying; I had finally done it. My first case was plentiful, and I had come to win it. The man that was the biggest drug kingpin since Pablo Escobar; El Chapo was now found guilty of all charges. Every minute of looking through different accounts of offenses to figuratively pin him against a wall. It was all worth it, to see his face for the last time going into a prison that would eventually become his tomb.
I walked out of the courthouse into the busy city streets and dropped my bag full of bulky documents. My arms flailed in the air like a bird, and my jacket was flown off by the wind, and I feel the warm sun pierce through my face. I admired the skyscrapers, the clean glass, the smooth concrete and the many people living their lives within them. El Chapo walks out in handcuffs and stares at me. I do not give him the privilege or attention to stare back.
Growing up, Zach always set his sights high. Despite the constant pressure from his parents to become a doctor, he knew his true passion lay elsewhere. Now finally all the hard work and overnight shifts were about to pay off, he thought to himself as he made his way towards the towering building, a building and dream that always seemed so far, yet right now in front of him was just within reach.
The joy was beyond anything he had ever fathomed, stepping into the gleaming building he felt the sunlight that shone through the smooth glass windows caress his cheek, a slight smile reached the corners of his mouth and for the first time in his life, he was happy. After being disowned from his parents he could only fend for himself, leaving him homeless and jobless yet today marked a new chapter in Zach’s life, one of happiness and new experiences.
What an amazing day! Looking at these buildings around me give me a sense of great accomplished as an Architect. It’s quite fulfilling that through my visions and designs and continuous collaboration with various teams of engineers, project managers and other stakeholders, we were able to build a beautiful city of dreams. Everything is within arm reached!
The world was my oyster! Walking out those door I knew I made the right decision. Though I tried my best my heart simply wasn’t there. I worked all my days away but now I realised I made the wrong decision. Even though I left when I was excelling, I wasn’t passionate. Leaving my office desk I felt my heart was in the right place. In the end life is for making mistake so you can learn. Looking around the hustling city, I saw many opportunities for success and accomplishment. Knowing I had the experience to thrive in this business world I felt sense of security.
I had spent so much time thinking I wasn’t good enough to get the promotion I had applied for when I received the call that made me change my mind and realise I am good enough, I am better than I think I am and I can do anything I set my mind to! When I walked out into the world that day I had an entire new outlook on life! I felt excited and ready to take on any new challenges that come my way! Look out world here I come!

There you have it. He did it. John had successfully completed the task at hand. He was required to write a minimum of two paragraphs as his first activity in his Diploma of Business.
Why was he so happy? The question everybody had for our dear John. He was happy due to completing the odd introductory activity and can now walk through the city with his arms extended beside him. With the knowledge he has completed the first activity and is on his way to conquer the world of business.
Life was not easy for Mike. After his father’s death, he struggled hard to make both ends meet. Working part time after attending college was quite challenging.
After applying for various jobs, he finally got an interview call. It was quite overwhelming for Mike to get this interview from such a reputed organization.
And the big day was here. Mike with full confidence went to attend the interview and immediately was offered the job. Mike felt like on top of the world. But this was just his beginning and he was yet to achieve many more accolades.
Pow! Zac punched the air with gusto! He had done it!
No more working two jobs to support his young family. No more attending night school and wondering how he was going to pay for his dreams. He drew in a gulp of city smog and coughed slightly. To him, all he could taste was a better way of life, maybe a bit more sleep, more time with his gorgeous wife Chloe and three year old son Jack, maybe a new car? He couldn’t stop grinning.
It was all made possible by this amazing job opportunity with Pallete, Buckle and Shyne. The largest Dental Treatment Centre on the lower East side.
He felt a light spring in his step as he walked back to the train station. The first step to having my own practice and it felt great!
